Account Registration

The test pages need an account, because your attempt, score and analysis are saved to it.

Subscription and Pricing

Aimers Path does not hold to one fixed plan. The plans you may buy, their prices and their validity are the ones published on the Billing page, and they can change when the catalogue changes; that page is the record of what is on offer at any given time. Test papers marked free need no account and no payment.

Online card payment is not enabled on the platform yet, so no charge is raised through the site and no subscription period starts or ends automatically. Once payments do open, purchases will be final and non-refundable unless the company decides otherwise on a case-by-case basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Aimers Path is an online test preparation platform. We do not guarantee exam results, selection, or admission to any educational institution or government service. The platform is provided "as is" for educational purposes only. Practice tests and questions are simulated and may not reflect the exact content of actual examinations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aimers Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
