Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

At Aimers Path, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to run the test series, which is:

  • • Account information: email address and a password, which our authentication provider stores only as a hash
  • • Profile information: name, phone number and target exam, if you fill them in
  • • Test data: your answers, marks, accuracy and the attempts that feed your results and the leaderboards
  • • Coupon and plan records, when the pricing catalogue is used

We do not run page-by-page usage tracking, session replay or time-on-site analytics, so there is no browsing profile of you being assembled. Notes, doubts, bookmarks, your study plan and your language choice are kept in your own browser and are not uploaded to our servers — the moment you clear that browser's data, they are gone from the device too.

How We Use Your Information

  • • To provide and maintain our test preparation platform
  • • To generate personalized performance analytics and insights
  • • To improve our content, features, and user experience
  • • To communicate with you about updates and support
  • • To prevent fraud and ensure platform security

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Third-Party Services

We run the database and authentication on a managed backend service, and your data is stored on that infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

Your Rights

You can read and change your profile details yourself on the Profile page. Deleting your account or the attempt history attached to it is not a self-service button yet — write to the address below and we will carry out the request and confirm it, within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law. Anything stored only in your browser you can remove yourself by clearing this site's data.
